A club in administration can either CVA or Newco the debt away. Last year we had £18M debt and the BTC and STC were still an issue, you'd have been buying a company potentially £150M in debt.

I know that alarm bells are ringing, believe me I'm with you on that. But if we keep forcing bidders out then our future is going to be worse than a fire sale of players/ hike in ST prices/ shady characters on board. Hopefully he's not going to be detrimental to our club, but even if he is, let's listen to what he has to say. If he gets us a CVA, then if we don't like him start with the banners and force him to sell us. Just please for FUCK SAKE let's not do anything internally that drives away a potential saviour of the club, no matter how dodgy.

I was talking about fans contributing money to the offer, which would be impossible and pointless at this stage of the bidding process, but doable if we all transferred £20 each into PM's bank account

My opinion is - TBK = a potential wonderous group to lead our club. Great strategy, great motives, great intentions. The REALITY is - Admin CANNOT accept a bid that doesn't give much to the creditors. The creditors are #1 here, and no voice, protest, movement or group can change this. If someone was to phone BK and PM and say "look mate, I like your bid and I like what you're doing for Rangers, here's £3-4 million to chuck in the CVA pot - then magic. Boom. We have TBK. Until then, admin cannot guarantee the creditors a safe return from TBK bid. If the creditors aren't happy - hello liquidators. The reality is shit, it sucks, and I am gutted about it. But that's the way it has to be.

Kennedy mentioned a newco before. If TBK come back in it will HAVE to be newco. Considering they don't even have the funding at present to guarantee a CVA.

Would love to see BK at our helm, but we would either need further investment from him, or some outside party who would want something in return for said investment.

If you think for one minute I am rubbishing Paul Murray's and Brian Kennedy's intentions then you have completely misunderstood my comment for one, along with many others on here. We would all have loved TBK knights to be successful, they had the best intentions for the club. Even GCL said he would give P. Murray his backing if he got the job. But it's the MONEY that's important, admin aren't here to pander to us, they have a job to do which is to appease the creditors. Appeasing the creditors is in the Club's best interests, as it's up to them whether we liquidate or exit admin via a CVA ultimately, so that should have been TBK FIRST port of call. Unfortunately their bid didn't stand up. Stop trying to score points against other fans, read the article, give an opinion on it yes, but just don't forget Rangers survival is the most important thing, and Rangers survival is not dependant on Admin picking and choosing, but on the creditors, and THAT is why TBK did not get PB status. Admin might have done the club a favour, because if TBK CVA bid was knocked back then our club would truly be dead and buried. So let's wait and see what happenes before we go pointing fingers at admin, bidders and OURSELVES.

We should be keeping the attitude that we have done throughout administration. Being the credible and loyal fans of our great team. If Rangers require it, we donate more money, we try to raise funds where possible. We can't let ourselves be open to hostility amongst our own ranks, as much as we are tempted. Let's just get behind our club and hope that the right decisions are made.

Don't quote me but I think admin mentioned something about it. We would need a mass player sale to get us through summer I think. It wouldn't bother me if the club was able to continue in any way shape or form, but many will be upset and many will believe we might not be able to finish next season in a typical RFC position.
