I agree with you there re: empty promises lets just hope that they do have money behind them. Though i do wonder if reports are true why the administrators asked Kennedy to increase his offer, would appear they maybe favoured him as ticketus would not be involved..who knows mate its clarity we need hopefully get in next couple weeks

For the first time and after careful consideration I am going to give my full backing to The Blue Knights, ( no doubt they will be delighted) it would appear to me they are the only deal in town worth looking at. Not happy about Ticketus being involved, not happy about the lack of info regarding investment from TBK's however this Club 9 seems like a very very poor option. Liquidation imo must be avoided at all costs. We will see but thats my tuppence worth in, roll on tonight and the legends game

Yeah I understand they are looking for Ticketus to be given creditors status and be included in any CVA, thus meaning they wil be limited to so many pence in the £. I can understand why they are arguing this. What gives Ticketus more rights than say JJB or the catering company whose contracts will be severed and they will be incl in the creditors list like all the others.

Are you referring to Ticketus here ? Find it bit strange you sure this decision will go in favour of ticketus? You must think the administrators are just throwing good money after bad on this one? Administrators must work for the best deal for the creditors, they feel its worth pursuing the legality of the contract so I cant understand why you so pessimistic about this?

Until Ticketus is resolved I dont see the bids going any further than they are at present. Anyone who thinks that administrators are taking Ticketus to court on a whim are deeply mistaken, they are doing it because they feel the case can be won. If we manage to remove the £27M due to Ticketus we will be a much better proposition to any buyers. As regards to TBK i was never convinced, nothing has changed, i do believe the majority have the clubs best interest at heart however doesnt make them right for the job!

Cant see many administrators knocking back that kind of money, exposure and experience! Its a gift of a job guaranteeing future business for years. Lets not kid ourselves its big bucks for them with great exposure, all of which adds to their portfolio. Anyone who thinks otherwise is fucking deluded !

I see your point but the HMRC decision will be taken by a board, the decision on Ticketus will be taken by one single judge. You never know but lets hope its quick.

The decision should come quick as the administrators are arguing that the uncertainty is affecting progression on potential bids.

Almost 50-50 split on this one. McCoist will have my support for next season, and if he is in the job I expect us to support him at least initially whether you agree with him being in charge or not!
