  1. Yeah exactly poorly regulated industry am afraid. I would also think cw will know the administrators particularly well after all he has liquidated a few ltd companies in his time, if am honest I just don't know what to make of it details coming out so far. One thing thou is this is such a high profile administration everything I would think will have to be pretty transparent.
  2. Lol ! I work in the industry so have seen on many occasions 60-80% of funds due to creditors lining the pockets of Insolvency Practioners who charge in the region of £80-£150 per hour simply for secretaries and filing staff. The directors such as ones at Ibrox you could be looking at charges upwards of £2,500 per hour.
  3. Administrators are paid out of any CVA or liquidation action. They will be first in line and the money paid to them will in turn reduce payout to creditors.
  4. A great press conference galvanising and putting some other things into perspective...doubters of Ally who else would you possibly want !
  5. Whether we all like Whyte or not, whether we think he is in it for the club or personal gain the bottom line is THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE! Murray was forced into the sale by the bank to Whyte. Murrays reign has brought us this mountain of debt, bad deals (jjb) and the tax case. Time will tell if Whyte is in it for money or not but at the moment he is not in charge anyways the administrators are, if Whyte makes a few quid out this himself and then leaves us with a small squad and lesser outgoings but in the black its a deal with the devil i may be prepared to make.
  6. This would be the first step if it fails then could be a longer more difficult road ahead...reading about the various other clubs around UK and Europe who were in similar position i believe we can get it turned round how long it takes is prob the bigger question....
  7. Shite performance is most concerning thing.. some of the comments on here thou are out-fuckin-rageous!
  8. Up until this evening would have said no. But if he really has "failed to convince whyte" rather than whyte simply saying there is no money then I think the writing might be on the wall. A Manager shouldn't have to do much convincing the money is either there or not what input should whyte have on who it is! Anyway don't think he will walk but is he being pushed..
  9. Recorded Scotland today n went back n watched mccoist leavin ibrox didn't seem upset. I reckon we will get least one in, seen Hutton away to dunfermline on loan too. Huge sigh!

  13. We all have an opinion on boyd, for me its a step backwards cant believe he will be anywhere near as fit as he was first time round and thats a huge concern, he was never exactly known for his great movement and work rate.
  14. 3.5 up front rising to 7.5 over a year and a half depending on appearances etc is what everton forum saying.
