Raskin 100% Cantwell not so sure about. can't fault his efforts today just think he's a bit lightweight. With Wilson away I hope recruitment is better but we have limited resources to turn a whole squad around it's going to be a struggle. He needs to be ruthless or he will be toast.

Michael Beale in stating the fucking obvious shocker.

I had hoped for an Alex Mcleish style turnaround winning the remaining cups and having some hope. Beale hasn't laid a glove on them and he has backed the same players. It is an impossible situation but he knew what he was coming in to. We're now further away and I have no confidence were going to turn it round any time soon.

We need to spend wisely and be more ruthless in who goes and I don't think Beale is up to it with his lack of experience, we're going to find out Because barring a total collapse in the last game against them he will be in place for the start of next season. I hope he turns it round not convinced.

They have invested well we give out big money for Mattondo and Ridvan our recruitment is awful. Michael Beale was brought in to get a tune out a squad who had failed badly he has shown the same faith in the same players who got Gio sacked. I have no faith in Beale to turn this round. This situation calls for more experience, not a guy in his second Job in one season as a coach. We need to rip it up and start again.

I can remember when Goram signed and people weren't happy also remember him making a massive howler against Hibs and he took alot of stick in his first season with us. He then went on to be a Legend. Goalkeepers make a mistake and it ends in a goal. Butland would be a good signing, although I would like to see McCrorie get a chance before the end of the season.

I get that, my worry is we start next season with the usual suspects doing the same things or Beale doesn't get the changes right, at this moment in time its not looking great and he hasn't even played a game in Europe yet. I hope we beat them next week but it is hope as this team needs to be at it from the start.

Beale has inherited a shit show. A team which needs a major overhaul and in interviews he is saying he doesn't think it's that bad. I think we need to look to our youth because it's a cheap way to get players who would give thier all for the team but not throw youngsters in for the sake of it because Ibrox is a unforgiving place at times. If he doesn't win this week then the confidence in him turning this round takes another hit and I think it is to big a job for such an inexperienced Manager.

Had concerns about the appointment in the first place but his league form has been decent outwith games against them. Even the last game against them who knows what would have happened if the disallowed goal stands. I just don't think he has the experience to stand up to certain players in the dressing room who had downed tools under Gio. Or make the major surgery to the team which is well needed.

He loses against them next week then its not looking good for him no matter how long his contract is. He would have then failed to beat them in 4 attempts. And lost 2 trophys as the league was done before he got here. The players are the issue and poor recruitment not down to Beale but his blind faith in a team and certain players will see him out the door.

Even on his 6 yard box that still goes in, was a cross which came down into the top corner a fluke, second goal barisic ball watching.

Failure to beat them next week and he's toast. 2 trophys lost to them will forever leave him tainted, yet to actually win against them. Not looking good for Beale.
