  2. /horrible again but hey we do have a clueless manager after all, If he wanted jig in the team for experience then stick him up top!!
  3. fuck me what a team that is they have, ben arfa will rip us a new one, cisse against jig and black against cabaye come on big bilel intae them :2gunsfiring_v1:
  4. in walter we as an army trust, whatever he says will go. god bless you
  5. I had two posts on ff and was banned after my 3rd, i can't even remember what i said that's how meaningless it was i think i disagreed with the thread.
  6. I would give me right ball for Stuart McCall, 10 times the manager Ally will ever be, also lets not forget Ally is 50 yet he is showing no signs of maturity as a manager there are far better younger managers who would get better with experience.
  7. Steven Pressley all day long, don't care what anyone calls him, im fed up with "rangers men" look where they have got us on and off the pitch. He worked wonders at falkirk, was bringing through 16/17 year olds to the first team on a regular basis, is fantastic with managing younger talent and always defends his team and gets 100%, we should of brought him in from last season because our kids would be in bedded into the team by now.
  8. Bale Ozil Ronaldo Benzema kaka is just there eating up wages he has been shite since joining, and di maria should be sold when bale signs. That strike force would rival bayern if i do say so myself. Next season for them it will be: Robben Gotze/muller Ribery Lewandoski
  9. He is fast turning into a fucking embarrassment for our great club, he is not Rangers and our club is far bigger than he is.
  10. you saying the game at tannadice wasn't humiliating, it was one of the very few games i could barely watch. all we would do was pass it around the midfield and our final ball was non existent and every time they attacked we looked like conceding. theres getting beating by a fired up team and there is a humiliation, that game in my eyes was humiliating.
  11. He is a bastard of a manager, not a bastard but agree get him the fuck out NOW.
  12. shit well spotted, the 3-2 game i was referring too, should of been 3-0 mind apart from that shocking finish!!
  13. 2011/12 Champions League Qualifier - knocked out by Malmo Uefa Cup Qualifier - Knocked out by nk Maribor League Cup - 3rd round defeat to Falkirk Scottish Cup - 5th round defeat to Dundee United Positive was amassing the 15 point lead over Celtic by October, as well as the 4-2 and 3-2 victory over the scum. However the the 15 point league was basically thrown away and was overtaken around Christmas time. Players in: Wallace Boca Aluko Goian Bartley Ortiz Bedoya Matt Mckay Mervan Celik The excuse this season was admin, although we were knocked out of every cup bar the Scottish Cup and lost the league lead before Christmas. 2012/13 Bearing in mind all the shit that had gone on over the summer and no pre season etc; Ramsdens cup - knocked out by Queens in quarter final League Cup - Humiliated by Inverness in quarter final Scottish cup - Humiliated by Dundee Untied in 5th round Positives - beating the spl leaders, at the time, Motherwell in league cup, winning league at a big margin(however with some shocking results and performances along the way) Players in: Black Shiels Sandaza Cribari Kyle Faure Argyriou Templeton Stella The excuse was no pre season, however we were seeing the same performances at the end of the season as we did at the start. 2013/14 through first round of ramsedens cup against Albion Rovers Knocked out of league cup in first round against Forfar Athletic Players in: Bell Law Daly Clark Peralta Smith Foster Mohsni The excuse this term of not being able to play our new signings(implying he doesn't think spl standard players are capable of beating amateurs). The excuse about Green is awful, if it was Neil Lennon saying that he would think Rangers' season would be a failure without a cup then a manager should use that as motivation, there are off field mind games all the time in the big leagues it is up to a competent management team to motivate players in the right way no matter who is making comments.
  14. C'Mon the guests!! fucking yess, give us one more oops page before full time pleasee!!
  15. thank fuck, christ this is going to be a long month until we can get actually half decent players into our team in september
  16. would certainly take him back over little all day long. give him the ball anywhere around or in a box and he turns and shoots.
  17. according to twitter it was jigs mistake? while we have young defenders on the bench and our top scorer at the back. new season same old management team. fucking sick of it
  18. traitor? you can't actually be serious.
  19. I would of taken your comment seriously if you didnt have your last line, he was a flop? He was made captain at blackburn but was then hampered with injury, he then went to birmingham and had the best pass completion rate in the premiership and was loved by the birmingham fans, the birmingham team weren't the best but in no way did he flop in the epl. this over rated pish from fans is just funny, pretty much every single manager he has played under has made him captain, whether it be Rangers Scotland or teams down south. but yes ofcourse the fans know best at how over rated he was
  20. Yeah thats why i posted it up but if someone can enlarge the print it would be much appreciated? But what i want to know is why Barry is writing columns for them?!
  21. haha have a read of david weirs latest on barry, says he single handedly won games for us. Still now he is under rated by huge elements
  22. haha sorry don't know what happened, heres the link: http://www.<No links to this website>/sport/football/football-news/barry-ferguson-best-interests-rangers-2119606
  23. <p> How this site uses cookies HOME NEWS SPORT ENTERTAINMENT LIFESTYLE IN YOUR AREA OPINION Home Sport Football Football News Rangers FC ByBarry Ferguson Barry Ferguson: Best interests of Rangers are being sacrificed for people who only care about their bank balances IN his first column, BARRY explains how Rangers have always been more than just a football club to him - and how he is concerned by the latest developments at Ibrox. 3 Aug 2013 08:22 But in January 2005 he returned to the club he had always supported. SNS Group SHOCKED. Dismayed. Speechless. How else is there to feel? Like most other Rangers fans, yesterday’s news that Charles Green has returned to my old club and is picking up another wage as a “consultant” has left me completely confused. Just when it seemed as if the club had moved on and was going in a different direction with Walter Smith leading the way as chairman, Green, below, resurfaces and supporters are left wondering what is really going on behind the old front doors of Ibrox. That horrible feeling of uncertainty has returned at the worst possible time. I don’t know what to make of it but there are some questions that spring immediately to mind. Who is running the club? Who is calling the shots and pulling all the strings? And who stands to benefit the most from it? Because, for the last two years, ever since Craig Whyte walked up that staircase for the first time, the best interests of Rangers have been sacrificed by people who are only looking out for themselves and their bank balances. I have to say, it breaks my heart to see what has gone on there since I played my last game in a blue shirt. I haven’t spoken much about it in public because I’ve been trying to keep my head down and get on with my own career. But you can only keep your mouth shut for so long when something you love – something that’s been such a massive part of your life – is being turned upside down and run into the ground. Look, let’s get this right. I’m not just a guy who used to play for Rangers. Or who was lucky enough to be made captain and to lift trophies and win league titles. Being a Rangers man was never just a job for me. It was a way of life. I grew up as a Rangers supporter. I was a fan from the time I could speak my first word and take my first step. I still have two season tickets. As soon as I get into the dressing room after playing on a Saturday the TV gets switched on and I’m looking for the Rangers score. And played his part in an unforgettable last day title win at the end of the season. Christopher Lee/Getty Images The truth is, one day I would like to go back there as Rangers manager. I’d be lying if I said anything else. I had the privilege of achieving all my childhood dreams as a player there. I made my family proud of me. So, of course, the aim would be to do it all over again in management. That’s my aim in life and it’s what I’m going to focus on the minute I choose to hang up my boots. Rangers manager, that would be my dream job. And by that time, I’d like to think the club will be back where it belongs, at the top of the Scottish game. But that’s why what’s going on right now is important. Rangers have to be taken over by people who have the club in their blood. I’d like to see one person coming in – a guy the Rangers fans know they can trust – and calling the shots in the best interests of the club. That’s what I believed would happen when Walter was appointed chairman. I wonder now how Walter is feeling. I can’t speak for him but having worked under him for a number of years I know the type of person he is. He won’t shirk his responsibilities and he’ll only do what is right for the club. That’s why Green’s return is a surprise. You see him coming back into the picture and you’re left wondering how that’s even possible. I’m not the only one. All the fans will be feeling the same. You have to ask yourself, did this guy ever really go away? Or has he been in the background, working things all this time? People were beginning to think everything was settling down and the club was on the up. So this latest news will hit supporters right between the eyes, just as it has myself. These fans have suffered enough. They’ve watched the club go into administration, liquidation, the Third Division. They’ve had to put up with people telling them their club died just to rub their noses in the dirt. That’s a lot of c***. It’s the same club it always was. But the people who have been running it have a different set of values to the ones that I was brought up with. That’s why I would like to see change. I would like a guy to come in, a Rangers man through and through and someone the fans can identify with and trust. There are a lot of wealthy, well-meaning Rangers guys out there who have the money to buy up these shares. A few of them tried to rescue the club from administration but they were frozen out in favour of Green. I’d like to think they might get the chance to come in again. Then I’d want to see the fans being given a big chunk of the shares so that what has been done over the last two years can never be repeated. That’s the ideal scenario but I do appreciate it’ll be easier said than done. I mean, would you want to put £10m into Ibrox today when you have no idea who is in charge and where your money would be going? That’s why we need some kind of clarity. We’ve had Whyte and Green and others like Imran Ahmad all in control of the club. Now Green is back and the confusion continues. The Rangers fans want to see someone in there who only wants to do what is best for Rangers. That’s the biggest crime in all this, that the club’s interests come second or third behind those of individuals. That should never be the case. It must be Rangers first. That’s the way I was brought up and that’s how Ally McCoist feels too. Credit must go to Ally and the players for doing the job on the park when there’s been such a circus in the boardroom. They’ve shown what the real Rangers is all about. They didn’t moan when they were sent down to the Third Division. OK, so they grumbled for a few days but then they rolled up the sleeves and got on with it. “No-one likes us, we don’t care.” That’s the attitude I like. They can hold their heads high, even if some of the football was pretty dull. It can’t have been easy being dropped into places like Peterhead and Annan but they won promotion. That was the aim. Now the club moves on to the next stage in League One. Rangers will get back to the top but it would help if everyone at the club was pulling in the same direction. Rangers first. Anything less is simply not acceptable. Since when did he start writing columns? Welcome back anytime Bazza! Captain fantastic.
