we wouldnt be able to go back to court.as expulsion is in the guidlines. Wether thex said it was harsh or not. We've backed them into a corner and they can only dish out 3. They may also decided to uphold the fine but kick us out the cup for 3 years. And with rhegan saying its an independant tribunal fifa cant do anything. S.f.a did their job by giving us the embargo and now its up to the appeals tribunal to decide otherwise (again)

dont think we'd get suspended for a season. Maybe 1st round of fixtures with every match vs us in that period a 3-0 loss for us. Then we join in on zero about 20 pts from top? I'd imagine there would be a percentage of profit that would have to remain with the club so it has funds in accounts and also to be seen a sustainable business. Too many folk are listening to the media too much.

Personally I doubt regans a tim lover. I just reckon he and a few others are really incompetant and out their depth. Having non footballing people on a disipline panel doesnt make sense. Football rules where never breached so we shouldnt have had a punishment that affects the footy. cant they seperate football side and the business side and that also mitigating circumstances has a part to play?? The maximum fine shouldnt have been 100k. That rule is a joke. It should depend on the offence in question.
