EXACTLY CORRECT. I don't like it when people don't or won't tell the facts as they are. By not stating the facts, then it means that something is being hidden. The RST are offering NO shares in RFC........FACT. It's a share in a cooperative............................FACT. There will be NO significant voice...................FACT. It's a way of joining RST..................................FACT. It's a 3 year membership @ £10 a year..........FACT. You can't witdraw your money for 3 years......FACT.

A lot of people have helped with correct answers to the questions of the people who cannot raise the minimum £500 stake and to the reasons why not to buy from RST. I'll try to help out a bit here if I can. Because RFC are selling £10m worth of shares, the minimum has been set at £500 for obvious reasons. As stated in other threads, if you cannot raise the minimum £500, join with 3 of your mates to raise the £500 and subscribe through the IPO. This way you get 714 shares in RFC. Having secured these shares, you then go to a broker who will then divide up the shares between you and your mates ( ie 179 + 179 + 178 + 178 shares each). These shares are now in your own names and equal 4 happy bears, plus all 4 have all the same rights as any other investor. That's it in a nutshell, so I hope it has helped.

For all the potential investors in Rangers. Just had a look at the RST "Buy Rangers" site and have noted there is a great difference in what they are selling. You are not buying shares in Rangers, you're buying (for £125) "1 share in support of the acquisition of the substantial stake in Rangers Football Club". I'm not saying RST are right or wrong in doing it this way, but I believe you should know exactly what you are buying into. I have bought my shares through the IPO with all the entitlements that ensure that I can :- 1. Sell my shares or part of at any time for market value. 2. Vote on issues affecting the shareholding of the club. 3. Be invited to AGM's as a shareholder. 4. Have an influence by joining with other supporter shareholders on vital issues. 5. For the minimum £500, have 714 shares The RST "Buy Rangers" does not offer these. You will be buying into a co-operative where others will act on your behalf. If you are serious about buying Rangers Shares and cannot afford them at the moment, think how can get these shares in your name, it can be done.

As I said on another thread last night, this is Wishart trying to justify his job. Today's statement from CG shows just what a total mess Wishart is doing. Under the disguise of PFA Scotland, he lodges a claim of "failure to consul" on the TUPE issue. Then the same PFA say " it is one legal claim and has not been lodged in the name of any player". This same PFA did this without consulting any of the players. So here we have an organisation, the PFA, lodging a claim for failure to consult by failing to consult. Well done Wishart, another person in a job who has no idea what he is doing. Do we know of any others ? mmm, O'regan, Dungcaster, Lunny to name but 3. Scottish Football run by idiots.

As I see it, Aluko was out of contract and Wishart, (who likes to be heard) kept telling the players they didn't have to transfer over under TUPE. So here we have Wishart trying to justify his job.
