"ailing to declare EBT payments (dual contracts)then why are we the only ones being investigated and who made that decision"-----once again you are equating EBT and dual contract as one and the same ---they are not.Only a suggestion here but if i remember correctly the alleged imprper use of EBT's only sem to have come to light after we went in to administration ---possibly D&P --who went through the books with a fine tooth comb ---found somethiing amiss and as they are answerable to the courts they felt obligated to report to the relevant authorities ---just a thought mind you --pure speculation on my part

EBT's were not illegal---we are not being accused of whether we had them or not ---it is the way they were implemented -i.e. as a dual contract that is being investigated ---just thought i'd try and clear up the confusion that seems to be rife on here
