Think he is in a way. Many want the third division, myself included. Might not be the best option financially but watching the SPL teams suffer will be fun. Really depends where you want us to go whether you think its a statement backing us.

I can understand why people might not be happy with this but don't let it turn you away from Rangers. Thats what the people who have helped engineer this want, for us to leave the club behind so that we become one of the crowd. Don't allow this to happen, follow Rangers wherever we may end up. WATP

Why deprive them of what little fun they have. They know we are the only club in the land worth any attention. Look at the tims, just won their first title in 3 years and how much coverage have they had? At times I completely forget that someone even won the tainted title. If I was a betting man I would wager that there are more tims who have usernames for Rangers sites than their own. If it stops them from beating their wives and abusing their children for a few hours then its a small price to pay

For as long as I can remember. The saying that we are born not manufactured certainly applies to me. Being a Ranger for life is also a point I've used against a few tims recently. We sing Rangers til I die, not Rangers til they die. That's because as long as we, the supporters live, as long as we continue to live and breath Rangers then they will never be gone. We support Rangers til we die, and we pass this support on to our children who then continue to support Rangers til the die. As long as that tradition continues so will The Rangers.

Don't know if it will be down as low as £3k per week but we shouldn't be paying the salaries we have going forward. When we get back to the top I expect that our top earners will be around £10k, mabye slightly more for better players. If we develop players correctly and have a proper coaching structure in place then we can easily be top dog in Scotland and even compete at some level in Europe without spending vast amounts.

Its a strange feeling Rangers been dead. You'd think when that happened they'd be quite happy to get on with their lives. Yet the company they refer to as Sevco attempts to enter a team in Scotland and all of a sudden all this hatred, towards a new club in their opinions remember. It doesn't really make any sense does it. I've seen it posted before: "They hated us before, they hate us now and they will continue to hate us. Sounds like Rangers are still here to me." They know they have not managed to get rid of us and they are terrified of what will happen when we pull ourselves back onto our feet.

Not banned just left it, fed up with the negativity, the constant taig accusations thrown at posters who post an opinion which doesn't fit in with their simplistic view of the world. Then again I'm thinking of going in to post the "Dancing Dingwall" so might be about to cop a life ban

Got to say I agree with you. Plenty of Rangers men have stood at the sidelines and shouted about what they are going to do but none of them have actually done anything. When Walter came out, whilst I was annoyed that it had taken until that point, I would have loved for his consortium to take over. But like the blue knights before them they wanted to get the club on the cheap. Now we have Bomber rabble rousing on the doorsteps of Ibrox demanding to see documentation and the likes. He's went strangely quiet in the last couple of days. No when our club needed them these Rangers men didn't step up. Charles Green and his consortium did so for that at least they get my backing.

Sporting integrity in Scottish Football: SPL Chairmen in open - "For reasons of sporting integrity we cannot allow Rangers back into the SPL" SPL Chairmen behind closed doors - "SLF1, if you don't accept Rangers into your league we'll all be up sh!t creek within a year. Let them in or we'll set up a SPL2 and bar you from entering." Charles, earn enormous respect from the fans and apply to join the 3rd division on Monday morning, then sit back and watch the chaos ensue. The true fans will follow the club to whatever division so you have nothing to lose.

As great as it would be I think its time to give the youngsters a chance, if they can't get there chance in the current climate then what chance will they ever have. Build a team and work our way up from the third division. This should be where we look for our teams in the future, our youth ranks.

I can't see any major reasons why not, at the end of the day what choice do we have. On FF they seem determined to have a dream scenarion of Rangers men owning and running the club. That's all well and good but when there was a realistic chance of doing something the Rangers men were nowhere to be seen. Once it was announced that it would be a newco scenario out they pop to fight over the remains. I wonder what the current mood would have been had Walter not made a move, there wouldn't be the current cries to boycott season tickets. I would have to say that I would be in favour of getting behind Green. He is the only one who has thusfar stepped up to the plate so I am willing to give him a chance.

I was just looking to get the general opinion of Green from this site. I've only recently registered for RM, been on FF for a couple of years but the place is awash with taigs and it seems if you don't toe the party line then you are either banned or accused of being a taig yourself. The general opinion on there seems to be that Green is a conman and we have to do everything we can to get him out. Now I'm not going to say that I trust the guy, he has to earn that, but am I the only person who thinks that protesting against Green and refusing to back the club might actually do more harm than good? Am I the only person that wants to go and see Rangers no matter who is in charge? As I said, just looking to get a fresh perspective on our current predicament as looking at FF you would think it was all over.
