Our fullbacks are quite a bit better at going forward than defending, too. Not having them being told to stay back and evidently hating it might make them look interested again.

I don't think it means enough to him, to put the required energy into the details required to succeed. Watching him standing on the touchline, limply clapping his hands to encourage players (I think), every insipid post-mortem about yet another shameful performance...do we believe his training sessions or team-talks are any better? That lack of drive or inspiration has to infect the players too, to the point where they can't even get to basic levels of fitness. Unfortunately the ego and the salary means we're likely stuck with him.

And with *those* wingers to choose from. Rangers winning doesn't matter enough to him, losing evidently doesn't hurt enough.
