I don't think it means enough to him, to put the required energy into the details required to succeed. Watching him standing on the touchline, limply clapping his hands to encourage players (I think), every insipid post-mortem about yet another shameful performance...do we believe his training sessions or team-talks are any better? That lack of drive or inspiration has to infect the players too, to the point where they can't even get to basic levels of fitness. Unfortunately the ego and the salary means we're likely stuck with him.

And with *those* wingers to choose from. Rangers winning doesn't matter enough to him, losing evidently doesn't hurt enough.

Cannae wait for Tom Lawrence to get back and make us a brilliant attacking force again.

Add to that those players out of contract who are already planning their escape if he stays. They've been culpable too, but asking them to sign a new contract to turn up and be bored stupid at their work for another three years is optimistic.

Allowing for the insistence on playing with wingers despite not having any good ones, and McCann not getting a start, I'm alright with that team.
