That sums 99% of them up. Indoctrinated from an early age, sanctimonious and self-righteous, they stampede onto that moral high ground. There they stand, looking down on the rest of us, genuinely baffled as to how people can support a club other than celtic. He's saying there are elements within the NUJ - Irish republican bigots like McGillivan and Greenslade - who have an agenda. Greenslade in particular holds a lot of influence. Leggat also mentioned this morning that one of the top officials in the NUJ is a friend of McGillivan's.

There are now too many issues surrounding "The Football" in this country. The emergence of the Celtic internet mafia has poisoned the game, and will probably destroy it altogether. The Rangers support might want to get back to just watching and talking about football, but that is never going to happen when we face constant attack from politically motivated and highly organised bigots. And us being in Division 3 won't make any difference, they will still come after us. It will be a long time until we all get back to The Football, if we ever do.
