You know what i've learned about football managers? They should never be interviewed like they do in a normal job. It allows imposters to talk their way into a job they should never be considered for in the first place.
You identify a manager doing a decent job elsewhere. Check their background etc and then if all's well go after him. Our last managers are experts on soundbites and cliches and little on football
I postex several times that the Pedro Project would end in tears. I just didnt think it would be so soon. 

This is what happens when the scum go out and spend money on very good, quality young players like Sinclair & Dembele and we penny pinch on ageing journeymen Bosmans like Senderos, Barton & Hill.
 
This is a much better scum team than what we played last season.
