Clear the lot of them out or put them on gardening leave and get someone in who is cheap as caretaker until the end of the season. Then advertise the job and let people apply for it. Have seen McInnes mentioned quite a bit but other than actually improving us in the short term what would he do for us long term.....does he have the experience to change the whole set up.....can he get players that will improve us and provide value to sell on.....where will he take us in Europe Frankly right now I would stick Kenny Miller in charge
