Boyd had a similar chance in the 2nd half but was surrounded by two hib's players...where the fuck where ours 3rd goal - I think he should have stayed on his feet here..might have had more chance 4th goal - what actually gets me is that a few of our players just give up chasing once the ball is lost in midfield....to me that sums up the commitment of some of the squad

concentrate on the football for a time then....ignore the papers etc and even on here. just go along to the game at the weekend and support us

Any manager should be paid a decent salary but it does not have to be the best in the country just because we are Rangers. If we opened up applications for the position there would be an absolute flood of applications with a lot of managers currently unemployed or on low salaries

I want someone only appointed until the end of the season on a caretaker basis. No doubt we will get a load of x players and out of work managers but we have enough worries without signing someone up long term. - we need someone you can work with no budget and win the championship which I fully believe is possible with a new guy in charge. - we obviously need fresh investment or a massive cut in budget across the board in the short term to steady the ship - those in charge need to come up with a comprehensive plan on how to develop the football side and implement it. Assuming that Ally goes pronto the spotlight will be back towards the board and the fact that - we have fuck all scouting - youth development is poor and I mean with regards to bringing talent on - we have a lot of players out of contract at the end of the season - even if we kept some/all of them the sell on is negligible due to their age(for the most part) I would certainly and I hope the majority of fellow bears would support a mixed team of young players with some experience that gave 110% every game for the jersey even if we did not win the SPL right away.

Having "resigned" from a few companies in the past as long as you honor your contract by giving the required notice you get paid for that...it is then up to the company to offer you gardening leave or work until the last day. All that it seems is that McCoist has said I resign...nothing about him leaving right away without a payout

Hate to bring it up again but if you look at the outfield squads against hearts at the recent game Us- 28.8....them 22.8 Clearly we where not expecting Ally to field 11 18 year olds but I was looking forward to seeing some fast attacking football in the third division and upwards with young players not afraid to take on players. We could have got an excellent mix with some of our youth...some experienced players and a few free signings.....look at our squad now and apart from McLeod/Wallace you would struggle to get a transfer fee.

Obviously there will be a few high earners like Jig but I doubt there will be many of the squad under 2k a week......I will stand corrected if wrong. I would feel that if someone was pulling in 1k whilst someone else was on 8-10k and playing mince it would cause serious divisions.

No I agree we will never get SAF and if McCoist stays when we are in the SPL we will toil....If a new manager (an no idea who) came in with the right contacts to bring players in for the ones out of contract for the same/less money we could challenge for the league...even I will say that is a very remote possibility
