Does put Sony in a tough spot.. as they've got fuck all else coming out. Meanwhile Microsoft could have an Xmas line up of Halo 5, Tomb Raider, Forza 6 and Quantum Break. Although there's rumors the latter will be delayed until 2016 too.. Can see the momentum starting to swing this year, especially if MS keep reducing the price of the XO!

People buying gold from 3rd party's ruined the transfer market.. the more gold that people have the higher the prices become - which makes it even harder for people who don't buy coins. As i mentioned in my last post.. having the max price on a player makes the process of buying coins harder.. it's not like in the days of old when you can just gift coins to a friend. You need to sell a player to the coinseller for a silly amount.. i.e. a bronze player with a BiN off 1m. However with these recent changes that's no longer possible either! So whilst it won't change much in FIFA 15 given most coin-buyers will already have their elite teams... going forward it will make a huge difference in future FUT's.

Ofcourse it does.. Messi was selling for over 12m on the PS4 and now he can be had for half of that. A team that was costing 60m can now be had for under 30m... Ofcourse these are still huge numbers, but we're talking about the best players in the game here.. they should cost a fortune thus be extremely hard to get! It gets a bit boring when literally every one you play has an elite level team.. This change also has a huge impact on peoples ability to buy coins from 3rd party sellers.. No longer can you sell a shitey bronze player to a gold seller for 1m coins.

Coin-buyers had fucked the market.. so i'm glad EA are finally trying to sort it. Makes it fairer for everyone.. Also makes it a lot harder for people to buy coins in the first place!

Twitter is awash with FUT players raging at EA because of the new changes to the FUT transfer market. EA have introduced a price range feature that sets a minimum and maximum price for every player in the game I.e The lowest Hazard can be sold for is 310k and the max is 470k.

Gave Assassins Creed Unity a proper bash last night..now that most of the problems have been fixed it's actually pretty enjoyable. Loving what they've done with Paris... fantastic looking city that feels alive! Still not sold on the combat changes.. i can see what they tried to do, but ultimately they've just taken the old combat mechanics and made it clunkier.

Celtic are interested him too... They approached Dundee Utd a few months ago and were told to think big. The mhanks will be looking to get rid of a few strikers(Balde and Pukki) and Guidetti will most likely go elsewhere.. so i wouldn't be surprised if they sign Ciftci in the summer.

It gets even more complicated than that... for one you don't play the same amount of games against every team in your conference. I.e. The NY Red Bulls will meet 6 of the teams in the east conf 3 times, whilst meeting the other 3 teams in the east conf only twice..(10 teams per conf) They also play a single game against each of the teams in the western conference. Gives teams a total of 34 games a season.. The team with the most points across both conferences is awarded a trophy. (Supporters' Shield) From there the top 6 teams from each division go into the play offs (12 teams in total). The teams that finished 1st and 2nd in each conf are given a bye to the 2nd round of the play offs. Whilst the teams who finished 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th play each other in the first round. It's follows the same structure as the NFL play offs. The East/West split does make sense though given the size of the United states.. having to traveling all over the US every other week would be less than ideal!

Just noticed this months free PS+ game is Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee – New 'n' Tasty! Loved the original on the PS1.. hopefully this remake does it justice!

Sony has unveiled a near-final version of its Morpheus virtual reality headset, revealing specs closer to what we can expect from the consumer version - and when we can expect to be able to buy it. Morpheus headset will boast a 5.7 inch OLED screen, with a resolution of 1920x1080. Impressively, it'll boast a 120Hz refresh rate - besting the 90Hz in the Vive headset that HTC is making in partnership with Valve, and also the 75Hz that Oculus Rift DK2 currently runs at. In a presentation at this year's GDC in San Francisco, Sony's Shuhei Yoshida also revealed several other key details - such as how the headset will boast a latency of less than 18 milliseconds and features nine tracking LEDs. It will also feature an improved viewing angle of 100 degrees. Most importantly, the headset is aiming for a final consumer release in the first half of 2016. Press are currently receiving demos of Morpheus, and Digital Foundry's Rich Leadbetter has already been impressed with what's on show, sampling a new demo called London Heist. We'll have more details and full impressions soon.

Congrats! I've only ever got the platinum for 3 games.. Battlefield 4, Infamous Second Son and Shadow of Mordor. I don't really bother with trophies to be honest, but i enjoyed those games immensely and the plats were pretty easy to get.

Aye that's one thing that bugs me about PSN.. I'm on a 100mb line, which means i should be downloading at around 12.5mbps... but during peak hours it's lucky to be half of that. Right now i'm downloaging a 2.7gb file and it's saying it wants 11 minutes, which gives me a speed of around 4mbps. At full speed it would take no longer than 4 minutes.. At night time when the Playstation network is quieter I do get better speeds but it's still nowhere near 12.5mbps... It's even worse on a wireless connection.. thankfully i'm fortunate enough to be wired. One thing i miss about Steam, Origin and even Uplay.. i always got my full download speed!

Starting to see what you mean.. there's a million things going on at once. Still, i'm enjoying it though!

I always preferred the Rock Band games.. and it seems there's one of them on the way too! The only GH that i enjoyed was GH2.. Which coincidentally was made by the team who went on to make Rock band.

Bright Lord DLC is now out on PC and Xbox.. Should be on the PS4 soon.

I take back what i said about Lords of the Fallen. It's not great at all... Performance was okay to begin with but it's now trash.. screen tearing and inconsistent FPS(especially in games like this) are gamebreakers for me. So i'm out!

Haven't put FC4 on yet.. Been getting stuck into Lords of the Fallen, so far its really good!

As I mentioned in the PS4 thread i got rid of it today. As of the last 2 or 3 weeks it has become unplayable, just a sluggish mess... players bouncing of each other, it takes a lifetime to control the ball and move, passes either over or under-hit in the completely wrong direction and shots going miles wide if you dare to try and aim. Lobbed through balls become even more accurate though... My connection is perfectly fine, have done numerous tests and everything is as it should be.. So i have no idea why it's like this, has to be something on EA's end Starting up FIFA as a guest then switching to my main profile seemed to help for 2 or 3 games.. but then it would go back to being shite. Before anyone says its nothing to do with me being shite.
