Away at Easter Road, against our biggest rivals, 7 new starts, new management team, very little time for the players to gel and for MW to get his philosophy across and with very few pre season games, you'd be forgiven for expecting a really tough game and even the possibility of a shock. Hibs actually started brightly and we were a little sluggish. However, taking all into account, it won't get any harder than that IMO and we will only get better and better. This was a massive test for both teams to put down a marker and possibly set out what may lie in the season ahead. Therefore to come through the way we did was very impressive. Yes we can defend better, we can pass better but the movement, the interchanging, the quality, the confidence, the deliveries from wide (at times), set pieces and the width all at speed was a real pleasure to see. Some real great goals and a bloody damn good start to the season. Really really excited about the season ahead. We'll concede some goals playing this way that's for sure, although we will defo improve defensively, however, I can genuinely see us scoring 4,5 6 on a regular basis with this expansive, offensive style of play and we may get many games similar to the Advocaat era where it was a case of how many, as opposed to will we even win!

Brilliant wide play again. This time by McKay! This season is going to be so fucking exciting! Fucking love this attacking philosophy!

Great achievement for ZJ. To win The Open and The Masters in your golfing career must be incredible, but considering how short he is compared to all the bombers, makes this double during his career all the more impressive. Comes across as a decent guy too .........

It's a tricky angle to come in from like Spieths but I like ZJs short game and if he can get it to within 15-20 feet i'd fancy him to hole out, Hopefully Oosthy is too close in a weird kinda way........

Pleased with a playoff as not long in from work so missed most of it! Will be in profit regardless of who wins due to a last minute in play bet on Oosthy to cover myself but will win most if Leishman wins!

Kevin Mirallas, Loic Remy, Nathan Dyer, Jonjo Shelvey, Ayoze Perez, Andros Townsend and although maybe not quite suitable for this question, but the lack of games Eden Dzeko gets is criminal.

Mark Noble, Gabby Agbonlahor, Mike Williamson, John O'Shea, Danny Rose, Mignolet, David Graham and Check Tiote. Some of them actually appear to be quite important players for their respective teams but I just don't rate any of them that highly.

Willett just cruising along with no fuss or drama, almost under the radar. Looks solid.....
