He will be gone after the AGM and before Hibs. If the Board were going to get an easy ride then he would be gone already. I used a term in the other thread. McCoist is now unique. With our fanbase split McCoist has actually become what both sides hate. On top of that he has reached the level of his incompetence.

You cannot manage a team when your not a leader yourself. We have no leadership in the boardroom, dugout or the pitch. Having no leadership in the boardroom should only bring out the leadership qualities of the manager and the captain and they have. The people concerned shelf-life have all expired.

Last time I resigned the manager was away on a business trip. I had to wait two days. Somebody decides they are leaving then that's it. Ally always seems to have made out he has had a great relationship with all relevant members of the Boards including Sandy Easdale.Not a lot they can do apart from negotiate his settlement. What if they made 30 people redundant to finance Allys terms? How would Ally feel about that I wonder?
