Your right but I think Ally is only reacting to something he doesn't like. None of Allys Department have lost their jobs thus far and he is the only one whos salary has been temporarily adjusted.

You do not know that. He may be replaced with someone on less money. That person could be currently employed by the club. McDowall could be told he is taking responsibility for this as well as another example. There are many possibilities.

They cant replace him with someone else with the same job description for 6 months. They can hire someone with a different job description who does the same thing plus other things.

Im quite sure there is a time limit and its 6 months. Several years ago a boss of mine was made redundant as the directors didn't like him.About 8 months later a yesman filled the role.

I did not say every week.For the vast majority of them their love of Rangers isn't so great that they actually want to attend many games. If you actually don't support the team then your opinion doesn't really matter much.

Can you not request this under FOI from the police? Im sure you can as they have to record how many people were actually inside the stadium. Don't know how to do it mind you but Im sure someone will know.

:lol:I had an old boss who was probably the best boss I ever had. He looked after us all and cared for us all and he knew our jobs inside out because he had done them. He was honest and upfront and if he needed our advice he asked us. At the same time if we told him we didn't agree with his decision he would take it on board then come back to us with his final decision. One day he told me you get promoted to the level of your incompetence. He realised his failings but also appreciated the support he had from his underlings and that's what kept him in his position. Whenever praise was bestowed on him from upon high his underlings were always acknowledged. Perhaps Ally would have done better having my old Boss as a mentor rather than Walter?

Its our money that's made him a rich man and its our money that will make him richer. I would actually contribute to anything that got shot of him quicker. Years down the line sitting with all your old cronies remembering times gone by and how you all helped to get McCoists redundancy money together. The hours of entertainment you could have talking about how shite a manager he was. It would be money well spent.
