I think your 4-3-3 suggestion is the way forward with this group of players. Foster needs to be dropped and if Peralta can play RB he should be given the chance. Front 3 would be Templeton, Daly and Clark for me.

McKay, Templeton, Aird and Shiels are the only natural wide men we have in the squad. If Wallace and Foster are supposed to provide the width then Foster has hardly crossed the halfway line this season so this is not going to happen. We also might be in for a big shock next season if we continue to play the way we do.

I think we need to have technical/tactical training sessions in the afternoon. The new fitness coach has made a difference to where we were last season. With regard to youthe development its a bit of a conundrum. McCabe, Ness, Macleod, and even Wilson could all currently be in our team if we hadn't had the off-field issues. Do we have another batch of talent ready to step up to the first team? Im not convinced the youth set upis right though for some reason. As for scouting it seems to be abysmal for years and perhaps this is what we need to resolve first.
