Aye and wait.for.it.....
His salary back up to 750k for next twelve month according to bbc.
True rangers man eh?
-
Anyway legalbeagle. Is he a shite manager?
-
shite. The effin club are happy just to lose the liability for a years greed money. U really think we can pay for lawyers to pursue the worst ever rsngers manager who we wanted rid of anyway??Sue him for breach of contract potentially.
-
yes u can. What are the clyb to do other than not pay him?Is there anything to actually back up your first sentence there? I am saying you cannot just not turn up for work in the morning when you are under contract.
-
only if he wants loads of money. U dont know he has not had a response.I think he has to wait for a response to handing in his notice.
-
Can I just ask of legalbeagle and bp9:
Is ally a shite manager in ur view?
Does he deserve the sack?
-
Oh poor poor ally. No courtesy etc. Does any one agree with me we should all have a group cry or something??? Think he is being picked on.
-
ffs ally. Do u care about rangers or not?I tend not to call anyone friend who stabs me in the back publicly!
-
he is putting rangers first. Surely that is a good thing?? Or is mccoist bigger than our club? Not a particularly nice thing to do to a mate in the national press, to be honest.

my expectations are well tempered. Not megabucks needed. Just value for moneyI think he is just saying that we should temper our expectations.
-
I know what he is saying we cannot expect. What is the.purpose.of.the post tho? Which of the options is he and u saying we should go for?1. He never mentioned Ally staying.
2. Whoever comes in will cost the least amount of money hence why he mentions Delilah as the budget choice for the filth.
3. Again he never mentions this.
4. See #2
-
so what IS the op getting at then??? . The choices we have:He's not saying that at all..
1. Stick with overpaid inexperienced ally
2. Get a cheaper but more talented and experienced manager
3. Have no manager. Let the players do what the eff they want
4. Pay maga bucks to a van gaal type that we have no transfer budget for.
What option is op saying we should go for??
-
so what u saying?we should stick with a very expensive but totally under achieving ally????Fellow bears are deluded if they think that the board will replace Ally with a quality replacement. It will be whoever will take the job for the least £. Just the same as the mob on the darkside went for Deila as a budget choice.
-
so lets calm down. It sounds like the clock is ticking now and the judges entitlement decreasing by the day. Make him realize he has to be reasonable or we will have him in ibrox every day doing zilch for a year, his life on hold and what he has done visible to all making him unemployable. All these things have been going through my head, and I suppose I do not want to think it is the situation, but unfortunately that is how it looks.
I think it has to be resolved this next week.
-
quality.A lot of folk sobbing that Ally is going now.
Any excuse to have a goat the board will do.
No wonder the board dont say much.
Grow up a bit, give it time. Ally will be gone and the party can start.
The blue tims aren't invited.
-
so it does not automatically roll over on a day to day basis???His contract will run out one year to the day he signed the 12 month rolling contract which was not yesterday, Putting in his resignation does not automatically give him an added 4 months to his contract.
-
correct but u still have manager during that time to look after things day to day while u find a replacement. It means ally doesnt totally win a watch. His life is on hold. Which is good. He gets his money over time but his ass is oirs for a year unless he accepts less compensayshun. What you'd save on payout you spend on wages surely
-
one year equals 365 days. Assuming he handed notice on thursday of this week that leaves 363 days. He has to work it unless we pay a lump sum. Which is now decreasing every day. By my calcs if we wait a week while looking for new manager we save just under 20k. Rangers first. Not mccoist fcHow on earth do you work that out? Ally was on a 12 month rolling contract from the start of the season...Did he get a new contract yesterday that the board have not announced yet?
-
club would need involved. Lawyers draw.up agreement that the judge drops his claim as long as our contribution received by him in a tri partite agreement and transaction.i'll pay more than a fiver fs.
it can be done especially with a support as big as ours. i see people raising ridiculous amounts of money for all sorts of stuff be it for charity or entertainment (video games, music, movies, etc) . why on earth couldn't we raise money to help out our club. whether its to get rid of ally or just help out with what ever needs paying for.
i'm just not sure how to go about it.
-
I will go fifty quid.
-
this. In a nutshell. Board should keep quiet. Until replacement found and also evidence of gross incompetence etc.The other point I forgot to say is if Ally wanted what is best for the club he would just have walked, no need for all the cloak and dagger bs. Why would the Board put themselves under pressure by releasing the info. Only one person benefits by this being out in the open and he is the one not having to resolve the situation.
-
what do u expect them to say we do not already know???? Contractually we have a manager for the next 363 days ffs. I have no doubt they will be trying to get him out earlier but treading warily to avoid and legal issues? Accusation of contructively dismissing the judge to avoid his notice period perhaps??? Vocal protests grom the stands would help provide the ammo and are long overdue.Ally does not run or own The Rangers though.
Im certainly not one for boycotts but now i badly think we need no one to turn up on the 20th.
-
I'm not sure that is true, they may have paid him off for other reason's, they can basically say that they are not happy with the way the youth set up is run.
It makes no difference if they are given him what he is entitled to in his contract, they could replace him with someone on a much lower salary.
Who is sinclairs boss???
If sinclair doing crap then his boss must get some of the flak as well. Is it ally?
Rangers confirm to stock exchange
