Ridiculous. Fans should be able to sit wherever they like. It's not like it could cause trouble is it?
I hope there's none of this segregation nonsense when the semi final takes place.
Now that I'm sober and don't feel the need to swear at the team as much as I did last night I like that from MW.
Barrie and Kenny have put a lot into games and he decided to take them off and give them a bit of a breather. The players he put on should have been able to up the tempo. Seems like he is as disappointed as we are in the team giving away possession and not taking their chances. The players took too many touches in the 2nd half and didn't play their usual game. Add in the defensive blunders there's not much the manager could have done.
Too many of the players were poor last night. There's time to get it sorted.
Fair enough but I'd be raging even more if bears weren't up in arms and slating the team after a performance like that. Even the manager deserves criticism tonight.
If the team gave 100% and played to their capabilities but were outclassed by a better team then so be it. But we don't accept defeat in the manner of tonight.
Too slow at reading dangerous situations and more inclined to leave it to others to cover for him. Flat footed when one on one with an opposing player running at him and is too easily beaten. Doesn't show the player to the outside. Too often looks for the long diagonal pass instead of playing it to a free man in front of him (although that seems to have gone from his game thankfully). Often isn't urgent enough with passing when we are up tempo and pressing.
Has improved though over the last few games though, but I'll pick Kiernan ahead of him any time.
Optimistic and positive. Good to see that the board acknowledge there is room for improvement and that things can still get a lot better with the correct backing.
