Try viewing the video using the Youtube app on the iPhone. It doesn't work as well viewing it on your iPhone browser (never works for me on chrome). The Youtube app uses the built-in Gyroscope in your phone so you can move your phone around to change the view, as well as dragging your finger on the video.
