Rangers linked Nicolas Raskin faces Standard Liege mutiny as he's banished from first team

Rangers were linked with Nicolas Raskin over the summer, though a move never materialised.

Rangers target Nicolas Raskin has been ordered by Standard Liege chiefs to stop training with the first team - opening up the door for a move to Ibrox.

Raskin was heavily linked with a move to Glasgow on deadline day in summer, though a move failed to come to fruition and the ship appeared to have sailed with the youngster featuring just days after in a 1-0 win over KV Oostende. The 21-year-old has since featured in every single game for the Belgian giants, registering four assists and one goal as they sit seventh in the table on the hunt for a European place. But according to Foot Mercato, Raskin has been ordered to train away from the first team as a result of interest in his services - opening the door for a move to Rangers in the coming window.

Me actually should've been appointed a year ago it's been a expensive mistake that's probably cost us the guts of 5million. Nothing is ever straightforward at Rangers.

It was'nt all doom and gloom with Gio,Would we have got to Europa league final with Beale manager or CL football who knows.

  3. Weird thing is I was on holiday couple of weeks ago and a group from Plymouth was talking to me about MB and some of them knew him from there sons playing football with MB when the boys were younger the group knew him well. The guy I was talking to showed me a pic of him and MB meeting the pope, so fucking strange. Hope this is not a sign we've got MB as next manager :ang:

That's not what I said. So don't get things twisted you daft little man.

Gio oversaw the point swing and our collapse that meant celtic could do that.

You think the same manager, and same squad, decimated with injuries can now overcome a bigger gap?!

I'll say it again, fucking crackhead.

Read my message again and I said ''If we can get new managment in''  in now we could possibly turn it around fuck off you defeatist cunt.

The fact that you've had to go back to the mid 80s to make this point says it all.

The scum were 8 points behind us this time last season also  had  injuries, the league had  got a ''covid-break'' before the winter break which helped the scum immensely.i thought the OF game they were due another defeat and   it got moved. They turned  it around,  We can do the same after the WC break if we get a new management in  players back and new players in. With next OF at Ibrox who knows.
