  1. Exactly. We play better on the counter attack which is why the away record suits. Last season we didn't have any counter attacking style.
  2. I am feeling the same as most fans... - I want to give Pedro a chance. Works hard and comes across really well. He also has built a decent team spirit which is evident from the players reactions this month. - Still to be convinced by the consistency. We can play good stuff but let ourselves down. Pedro also gives our young players a chance and gets rid of the dross from MWs team. - Can't defend (although it's better than last year) and we keep missing chances which needs to be addressed. Saturday my head says if we concede first we will lose by 3 or 4 possibly more. They will raise their game against us so we need to be on it and have luck. However, I have witnessed many poor Rangers teams over the years come up against tough matches when we are down or not playing well and they have come out with a win so many times. Saturday is another one. If our fans can give the players full support and drive the team on....who knows. Maybe we score first and that breeds confidence to the team. I hope my heart is right and we can fuck those mutants comes Saturday lunchtime.
  3. We will lose by 4 or 5 on Saturday. Never been more certain. We miss too many chances and can't defend.
  4. If they are friends of the players through playing in the youth set up with Scotland/same school or neighbourhood then I don't see an issue. I think a lack of common sense has been used from the young lads. Pre social media you had e.g. Rangers and celtic players going for a pint or dinner...but because social media wasn't around then fans rarely found out. Think Kevin Thomson said him and a few celtic players used to play the PlayStation online together and chat. It happens.
  5. Wilson at left back is a shout. Experienced.
  6. You put Football Manager on vacation mode when attending school.
  7. Did you say that last season? We are miles behind.
  8. We will get beat by 3 or 4 we are not good enough. I was there last week against Dundee. We were too slow and only finished well because Dundee are shit and left spaces at the back. Last night summed us up.
  9. He isn't very good. He can't win a ball in the air or run or hold the ball up. The goal against County took the heat off him. Would have been better keeping Waghorn.
  10. This performance sums up why we are not consistent enough to win the league.
  11. I think they will wait until after we skelp them on the 23rd. Last thing the board want is a sideshow. Imagine we beat them then King comes out with the statement before the Trannie and Liewell have jumped on the bus home.
  12. Traynor telling the tarrier and drying Devlins eyes after his side got pumped by 5 at the Knew Camp
  13. Quite a good report: TIPPED FOR Rangers FIRST TEAM, 18-YR-OLD WINGER IS POSTER BOY OF UPCOMING IBROX GOLDEN GENERATION By James Black Rangers Academy chief Craig Mulholland has tipped the current group of youngsters at Auchenhowie to make the leaps into Pedro Caixinha’s first-team squad at Ibrox. He singled out Jordan Houston, Ross Lyon and Liam Burt as three rising stars who are very close to being promoted from the youth ranks into the senior group. The trio have been mainstays in Rangers’ Under-20 side under Graeme Murty and will likely see regular game time in the club’s ‘Academy Games’ programme as they all return to fitness after injury. All three have been involved with the first-team squad over the last 18 months and could offer Pedro Caixinha some more depth to his squad as he tries to stop celtic lifting a seventh successive Scottish Premiership title. Football Insider have taken a look at the three youngsters named by Mulholland to assess what makes them special and whether they have really got what it takes to be established first teamers. Jordan Houston Houston almost made his first-team debut last season under Mark Warburton but never got off the bench. An attacking full-back who enjoys getting forward, Houston was a consistent feature in Murty’s Under-20s last season as they reached the Scottish FA Youth Cup final. Only 17-years-old, Houston also captained the Under-17s to the City of Glasgow Cup final as well as representing Scotland at the Under-17 European Championship earlier this year. Houston could be the long-term replacement for James Tavernier at right-back and is a similarly attack-minded player as the current first-choice. Made 15 appearances for the Under-20s last term. Ross Lyon 19-year-old Lyon is one of the most versatile players in Graeme Murty’s Under-20 squad. Lyon played in a whole host of different positions last season including both full-back positions, central midfield and on both wings, as he found himself filling in gaps throughout the season. Always looking to get forward, Lyon is the picture of consistency and hard-work in a very talented squad of players. Lyon made 26 appearances for the Development Squad last season as they reached the Scottish FA Youth Cup final. Never going to be the most spectacular of players but will go about his business with minimal fuss and regular success. Burt had been the poster boy for the current group until the elevation of Beerman, Wilson and Barjonas but is arguably the most naturally-gifted of the group. Struggles with injury over the second-half of the season saw Burt miss out on a recall to first-team action after making his debut under Mark Warburton in the Championship. Burt was a vital player for the Under-20s scoring 11 times from 28 appearances for Graeme Murty’s side. Usually deployed as a winger in the Development Squad, 18-year-old Burt has played all across the midfield comfortably. Burt has represented Scotland Under-21s twice.
  14. We need to create a few extra songs to sing at matches. The classics are great but there must be posters on here who can create one and spread the word in time for the 23rd. Our keeper is Wes.... With a rock nearby ... called Alves We have Jack.... So watch your back..... Here is Tav... And the tarriers have Sav.... 54 titles going strong You know what BJK did was wrong Bouncy bouncy.....bouncy bouncy na na na na na....stadium erupts
  15. Fuck that it's going to be broad daylight 54th minute bouncy sounds good
  16. The big sticker on our stadium waving about in the wind makes me sick. Get it fucking sorted!!
  17. 3 points against Hamilton is just as useful as 3 points v the scum. It means more to beat them but Boyds goals won us titles.
  18. I thought maybe just before the game when he read the line up and seen Niko and Kenny were starting.
