I said they need a day off, not just to recharge but a day away can work out better than zero days off. No matter how much they are paid.
Then smash it in training for all the other days.
Also it's better for their mental health getting a day off. If they are there all the time they will naturally start resenting it just like we all do with work.
I seen the comments on afc chat.
I'm not easily shocked in this cruel world but the comments about Fernando were absolutely horrific.
Well done Club1872 for not letting this slide.
There's a good chance a few demented dons will be getting their doors kicked in by the plod.
Wrong side of 30 now. Will never have the pace he was known for when he was 24-25.
A combination of injuries and he's naturally bulkier now. Not looking good for him which is a pity but moving forwards, there is better to be had out there.
Will always be appreciated for sticking around when we needed it the most.
If we want to move forwards then it was the right move selling this non committed wee weasel.
I refuse to get all misty eyed over McKay. Frustrated the life out of me.
Onwards and upwards
I still remember Warburton and his monthly 7-10 days BS.
Think he meant to say 7-10 years.
We need a definitive answer regarding Rossiter.
I'd absolutely keep him, but only if we know the whole truth of his injuries and whether or not he will be forever injury prone. Such a waste.
The entire brutal experience reached a climax when we failed to get out of the championship at the first time of asking.
That Motherwell game was near soul destroying.
Absolutely dire times they were.
Got to be John, realistically.
EPL experience, young, potential etc.
Wallace has not been consistent since the Championship really.
Will always be respected for sticking with us though so it's a tough one.
