I think clubs in middle European leagues basically got duped by inflation over the last few years, you might be delighted but if we could have gotten 11 million then the buy out clause fucks us over.

Quite the opposite I think you don’t have a clue what a buy out clause is, it doesn’t mean we can’t accept less than 10 million, it means we have to accept an offer of 10 million if we receive one. So if any player (in this instance) Middleton ends up potentially in the market at 15-20 million we’ll be sold down the river and forced to accept 10.

But why the buy out clause? The market inflates every year and clubs in mid level European leagues always end up losing players for pennies because of them.

Why??? Ideally we don’t want any buy out clauses.

Community councils are independent non-political entities which are made up of local residents. A friend of mine runs my local community council. All the councillor was doing was telling the paper the views of the local community council. Rangers fans can vote for who they want Kai, one of my local labour councillors didn’t turn up to a meeting because his beloved celtic were playing a champions league game ??

I think the bit people miss with this is that attacking players cost far more in transfer fees, Cooper might cost us 4-4.5 million, a striker doing well in the same league could cost us 12 million plus which obviously isn’t feasible, so we need to either use the loan market, look for veterans or use the domestic market.
