Creampuff 22,630
I watched one of those "Best 50 EPL Goals" programmes last night (surprise, surprise, Di Canio won ) and it got me thinking about all the things I miss about Premier League football. - Jay-Jay Okocha. - Alan Shearer. - Gary Speed. - Mitre Footballs. - Fabian Barthez. - Ronaldo being a "promising youngster" with a gay blonde fringe. and finally. - The Gudjohnsen/Hasselbaink strikeforce. - Leeds United. and finally. - THAT Arsenal Team. But on a side note, only one of the 50 goals was by Matty Taylor, shocking, he should be the top 10 himself.
bluenose_72 198
I remember about 6 or 7 years ago, I used to love watching that Leeds team. They had some cracking games against Liverpool and Man Utd at Elland Road.

JimmyRFC 4
I watched this too. The Di Canio goal was great, but didnt think it deserved to be number 1.
ShootSpeedKillLight 0
I nearly vomited up my ribcage the other day when someone on one of those 'Premier League years' programs used Di Canio as an example of an honest sportsman.

I enjoyed the show because there was no time wasted with non-celebrity opinions. Matty Taylor's was my favorite. Di Canio himself scored a better goal the year after IIRC, a similar technique from 30 or so yards.
