Ted E Bayer 490
My 5 categories of pace: Ultra slowSlowAverageSpeedySuper SpeedyWe lack so much pace throughout the team in my opinion and have done for some time...DF David Weir - Ultra SlowDF Ugo Ehiogu - Ultra SlowFW Kris Boyd - Ultra SlowDF Sasa Papac - SlowDF Brahim Hemdani - SlowDF Andy Webster - SlowDF Ian Murray - SlowMF Charlie Adam - SlowMF Kevin Thomson - SlowMF Chris Burke - Slow (especially for a winger)DF Steven Smith - AverageDF Karl Svensson - AverageMF Barry Ferguson - AverageMF Gavin Rae - AverageMF Libor Sionko - AverageFW Thomas Buffel - AverageFW Dado Prso - Average (even with the dodgy knees)DF Alan Hutton SpeedyFW Filip Sebo - SpeedyFW Nacho Novo - SpeedySuch a lack of genuine pace in the squad at the moment it's frightening. Young teams like Hibs look far more exciting because they have soo much pace in comparison. It's sad to see that our only real speedy players are wee Nacho (who lacks any real ability) a right back and a dud striker that can't get a game.I really can't count over the past 5 years how many real "Super Speedy" players we've had at the Brox. Lovenkrands....is that it!!?
Bakbear 3,586
I just logged in to make this exact point. I was going to ask who do you think our fastest player is because today its hard to figure out? Maybe Hutton? Think Hutton is having a good game actually... In the squad it's probably Sebo. Hutton is quick. Nacho is nippy and Sebo is very quick. Not much use if you're mince though. It really is sad. The players already signed:GowBroadfoot..aren't going to add much pace to the team. <cry>

nvager 498
But the sad fact is most of the midfield and attack are slow between the ears where pace REALLY counts!
