I think £15mil is fair considering todays PL market. Going for what they need, a player that can supply crosses into Carroll. I think it would be a great signing for them. Couple more signings and Liverpool really don't have any excuses for not finishing in the top 4 next season.

He will no doubt improve their squad, im not sure if they did get that Jovanovic off their wage bill as IIRC hes on more than 100K a week which is shocking.
