ChampionsAgain 1,373
Right , I've got no clue how liquidation works. If we go into liquidation does that mean , history wiped and Assets like Ibrox etc gone?
carrickblue 322
Right , I've got no clue how liquidation works. If we go into liquidation does that mean , history wiped and Assets like Ibrox etc gone? It's worthwhile looking at the experience of Fiorentina in Italy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACF_FiorentinaDifferent legal set up but basically Fiorentina went out of business, just ceased to exist. They reformed with a new owner and now nobody gives a toss Fiorentina are Fiorentina just as Rangers will be Rangers whatever the legal steps needed to create a new club are.
