Turnberry18 3,204
Jimmy Baxter always seemed approachable when I was in Shawlands, and used to pass him a few times. Walter is very good with the fans anytime I've seen him. Another one who has impressed me is Ian Durrant.
WVB 2,560
Shuggie Burns. Top fucking bloke.
BlueThunder 8,644
Gordon Smith was very nice when I bumped into him on the Tube last year. Oddly it was the day after the Lennon incident at Hearts. We had a good chat about that.
Johnny Dangerously 7,571
Met Sanday Jardine a few years ago, really nice, signing autographs etc. Sandy was a very popular player, his stock has taken a nose dive with some fans with the work he has been doing at Ibrox in recent years, shame, he was my boyhood hero. ace1 49
Met Ally McCoist on plane back from Florida one year. Top bloke, but I'm sure everyone knew that already! Edit: Almost forgot. Also met Marvin Andrews (have done a few times) in a local bar & also down our high street (since he lives in same town) & he's a genuine straight up guy. Shook my hand each time & was very pleasant & friendly.

FirrhillLoyal 318
Kenny miller - bawbag, totally ignored me. Kevin Thomson- great guy, I used to see him alot as he only stayed just down the road from me. Always on the sunbeds Diouf- Great guy, stood and spoke to me for a good wee while. Walter- I don't even need to tell yous. Fleck- decent lad, he came up and spoke to us, not the other way about
RangersAyeReadyJT 8
I've heard that McGregor is a great guy. Everything you would expect from a Rangers player.
BlueThunder 8,644
Incidentally, with all the players pulling together, I think we should be applauding them and not trying to point out who is a 'bawbag' irrespective of whether they are still playing for us now or not. It may just be a bit of fun, but now isn't the time IMO.....Unless the post is saying they are a top bloke, in which case fire away
Alnic3856 358
Went up to see them in training camp in Germany last year, Papac was absolutely fantastic with the kids, but the whole squad was very welcoming.

The Monk 3,209
Heard Miller and Ferguson were proper gents (got their autographs). Also sometime in the 80's my Mum(who was single at the time) nearly got with an equally single Ally McCoist on holiday

JTP 221
Well I will say the opposite about Goram the few times I've met him, he's been spot on chatting away about the bears.
Jocky Broon 207
Met the entire Team and Coaching staff on a pre-season tour in 2006.They were all excellent including Paul le Guen and Yves Colleu but special mention for Nacho Novo.He spent a long time talking away to me and my young son giving him an autographed ball and a pin badge.I havent met many Players over the years but Michael Mols and John Brown are another two I would speak highly of.
