bufforbero 128
Always has been and always will be inter regimental fights.Good tensions reliever.Very much doubt it was the fitba that caused it to "kick off", there are usually much less trivial sparks. SwallowsHisOwnSpunk 7,912
Dunno why anyone in the army would be proudly shouting about being a Celtic fan"Mon the Scot's Guards!!!"
GMac 1,405
They need to go to the piggery in their civvies though!Similar to this brave guy who lives in fear of the Irish authorities.http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-16287211
ClintonGrey 365
I wonder if any member of our armed forces condones ǝpɐbıɹq uǝǝɹb ǝɥʇ.
mclovin9091 1,405
I've been to that bar, locals are very friendly and squaddies will fight with anyone from a different unit, let alone a different background. There is nothing in this apart forma bit of banter that hets out of hand when pissed.P.S i hope it wasn't the top floor window he was chucked out of. DinViesel 399
Don't let the name Irish Guards fool you. Most of the Irish Guards are recruited from Birmingham and Liverpool. This is nothing more than a good auld regimental night out.

the sliver fox 1,672
I wonder if any member of our armed forces condones ǝpɐbıɹq uǝǝɹb ǝɥʇ.I'm always banging on to my next door neighbour, who is a tarrier, about that disgusting mob. He is still a serving pongo but just feels embarrassment about all the pro ira shite. I used to have some quality banter with the bheasts when I was still serving, as for the 'tribal' fights in kenya, the Army is well known for punching lumps out of each other as a stress reliever before returning home, better doing it to each other than family members or joe public. It's called decompression.
