They have had the threat of a winding up order thrown at them 3 times now from HMRC for non payment of monies due. They have failed to pay their players on 4 occasions. Actions of a fit & proper owner? No. Are they facing a hearing for bringing the game into disrepute? No. I'll tell you why, because they fear Romanov.
