so the professor in London who studies this stuff just said most of the creditors will have already written this money off, so basically this would encourage them to accept as any pence in the pound would be a bonus.

That has a flip side mate, if they've written it off, they may see this as a way to shaft us as revenge. Doubt it, but Ticketus must be ragin after whyte shafted them. HRMC will need to take anything as they represent the public (the non Rangers minded public that is).
