in the article about the bbc's footage before wednesday game there's a paregraph that reads......

Home side Rangers -relegated to football's bottom tier for breaking the games rules- won the match 2-0 blah blah.

how long do we have to listan to this drivel.

they also have a little bit from the samaritans saying that if anyone is distressed by these images to contact them. they would especially like men in their 30's, 40's and 50's to not bottle things up and talk about them, WTF is that about.

it's not Rangers fans that'll be needing the samaritans, lol

What am I missing here?

Didnt we break the rules by going into admin, then liquidation?

Doesn't the rules state you have to start from Div 3 like every otehr team before us?

Why are we offended at that, apart from being in the 'Sun', which is indeed a rag.

my point being that anyone who isn't a Rangers fan can't mention us without using the words Div 3, newco etc etc.

i'm not offended by what they say, just the amount of times it's gets said, are we still going to be listening to the same crap 20 years from now, probably.

There is no rule that states - The club must not go into administration. There is a sanction in place should you do it however.

There were no rules to govern what happens if you exit administration via newco route. So the board abrogated that responsibility to the clubs, who in turn did the same to the fans.

What is interesting is that if we exited via a CVA then we'd still be in the SPL. Now Neil Doncaster said the following

"There is certainly a distinction between a CVA and a newco, without any doubt," Doncaster told BBC Scotland.

"But Newco is typically the way businesses in general escape from administration. It's far more common than a CVA.

"So I am not entirely sure why a distinction is made between the two routes out of administration.

So at one point the Chief Executive of the SPL felt there is no real distinction between the two, yet we ended up with the farce that we had.

Why? Hatred, bigotry, petty jealousy and the diddy clubs thinking they could overtturn the voting powers of the SPL Old Firm.

You can throw the cat amongst the pigeons by also considering LNS statement and the resultant comments by CG that we should not have had to apply for the licence which we were refused!

Talking away the SFA?SPL farce after administration, can someone explain why we hate the diddy clubs? Obviously the Scum, Sheep and DU need no explanation, but why the rest?

Isn't it normal practice to go down to Div 3 as what happened to Livi etc, so why are we so riled about this? Serious question, I was argueing with a mate yesterday (St Johnstone fan) and he was saying how we want to be treated special? I explained that we all accepted to go down to Div 3. He was like then why the hatred, it's normal practice.

It's not talking about Rangers fans. There talking about people who are thinking about suicide then they see pictures like that they will do it.

They are saying the BBC are out of order.
