brissybear 50
What am I missing here?Didnt we break the rules by going into admin, then liquidation?Doesn't the rules state you have to start from Div 3 like every otehr team before us?Why are we offended at that, apart from being in the 'Sun', which is indeed a rag. centenarystand 2,229
I read online about the samaritans part. Absolute gutter journalism and goes to show we are not paranoid. The media will go to any depths to have a snipe at Rangers. The hate must be oozing out their bodies.

There is a sanction in place should you do it however. There were no rules to govern what happens if you exit administration via newco route. So the board abrogated that responsibility to the clubs, who in turn did the same to the fans. What is interesting is that if we exited via a CVA then we'd still be in the SPL. Now Neil Doncaster said the following"There is certainly a distinction between a CVA and a newco, without any doubt," Doncaster told BBC Scotland."But Newco is typically the way businesses in general escape from administration. It's far more common than a CVA."So I am not entirely sure why a distinction is made between the two routes out of administration.http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18148989So at one point the Chief Executive of the SPL felt there is no real distinction between the two, yet we ended up with the farce that we had. Why? Hatred, bigotry, petty jealousy and the diddy clubs thinking they could overtturn the voting powers of the SPL Old Firm.
Big Al 55 9,559
so it only gets said in the newspapers then If you read this biased nonsense, written by those with an agenda, regardless of how/where it is published you are bound to get annoyed. That's my point

madmacmacmad 12
We did break the rules. It's just the the SFA made them up on the spot, after any events had unfolded, to suit their own agenda.Shame they missed that bit out - it's quite important to the point they make

Obviously the Scum, Sheep and DU need no explanation, but why the rest?Isn't it normal practice to go down to Div 3 as what happened to Livi etc, so why are we so riled about this? Serious question, I was argueing with a mate yesterday (St Johnstone fan) and he was saying how we want to be treated special? I explained that we all accepted to go down to Div 3. He was like then why the hatred, it's normal practice.
