Big Al 55 9,291
Thought we played some stunning stuff when he and Cannigia were in the same team.
MaddistonKnight 1,570
This.Fairly underwhelming most of the time if I remember correctly.Had a great game against Celtic in a 4-0 win. I remember the headline in the paper was:Men 4Bhoys 0Always stuck with me.Did he not hunker down in the sprint position at one point so he would beat the offside trap when the ball came his way? Can remember Lexie Shields doing it for the mighty Bo'ness United (Scottish Junior Cup semi v. Darvel, 1984 I think), am sure Kanchelskis did at as well. Some game that one. The filth were torn 2 new ones that day
Bothwellbear 1,392
He wasn't Laudrup class..............but then no-one's been Laudrup class I think that is maybe why he did not quite get the respect he deserved as we were maybe expecting another Laudrup. He was fantastic for us, and with McCann on the other side.... fantastic. It was a great team.
