BlueGuitar 37
Is it just me? or has anyone else noticed that his name is an anagram of the BBC radio presenter, Tam McPrick Anus ?
Hird 2
I am part way through the BBC complaints process and got much the same initial response as QJ.The BBC appears to be in breach of its own charter by continuing to report as fact; "new club" ; assertions that are not consistent with the evidence. This could be interpreted as bias, unfairness or factual inaccuracy all of which are included within the BBC charter. In addition I would have thought that there will be a point at which continuing to report as fact things you know to be untrue becomes actionable ?If they continued to quote somehting that is untrue then you could try and argue that there is malicious intent, and the statement that is being made affects the reputation of the club in the eyes of the public generally. Such an action could only be taken by someone with title to sue - a director on behalf of the holding company or maybe (although im not sure) a shareholder
