Example: a keyboard activist is someone who types they will do something...and then doesn't. He is hiding behind the keyboard. A pacifist who says he isn't going to do something and then follows through has no need to hide...therefore the "keyboard" element does not apply as he is not hiding his true actions by typing falsehoods. Spectre 1,663 Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 Bears,With the news that HMRC simply ignore legal process I'm not happy that they are appealing but that is the next step in the legal process if you disagree with a tribunal decision so i'm not sure how that means they are ignoring legal process.
