They will appear on buses across the city and on the Subway as well as in the Rangers matchday programme and media outlets.Lewis said: "Physical activity can make a huge difference to mental health. It can boost mood, alleviate depression, protect against anxiety and improve self-esteem."About time the press paid attention to the charity work that Rangers do.
