gersandy 594
Surely theres a limit to the amount of appeals that can be lodged.Maybe they're going for a best of 5.
Thermopylae 15,286
You been hanging about with bawbag? Of course HMRC had to take this all the way;1. To justify their actions2. As a precedent for future casesI wonder if they deliberately chose us over the other clubs which have used the scheme.Well the next time a tim says to you that the masons run the world you can laugh in his little ferret face because it really does take a bit of believing after this
Thermopylae 15,286
I've never worked in the 'Public Sector' & believe that if HMRC were a private company, they would've stopped after the first appeal. However, with it being a public company, it's not their money that they're wasting with all these appeals, is it?Is there something in the idea that the more they go for us the more other companies who have been using EBTs will settle up with them? OlegKuznetsov 10,816
Was hoping for a nips pic or at least some side boob. You don't have to rely on Thermo for that. There are one or two sites online where you can see a boob or two, so I've been told. Bheast Skelper 411
I keep seeing this but surely they have already set a precedent by now. It's took 3 years fighting us.Looks more like they want to save face by keeping going til they get a result. If they don't, questions will be asked, lawsuits will be filed and heads will roll.Spot on. This is what their appeal is all about. Keeping the wolves from the door.
