Rfc#1. 1,877
Just saw footage of the two incidents. Not much in them to be honest. Boyd and the Hibs player went head to head and Boyd leaned towards him. How is that a butt. If he'd withdrawn his head backwards then montioned forwards it would be a butt. Both Boyd and the other player are equally culpable IMO.Exactly bud, never a headbutt just shoving each others heids,we've aw done it probably. Reformation Bear 6,453
Could this effectively signal the end of Moshni's time at Rangers? He has, imo, now demonstrated once again that he cannot be relied on. He is simply not capable of learning from his excesses or capable of learning what is required at Rangers. There is no positive asset about his game that is a decisive counterbalance to his excesses that repeatedly get him into trouble. He is bringing Rangers into disrepute on a sustained basis and surely that must signal the end for him.
Gandalf the Blue 1,384
I didnt think there was much to the Moshni incident, especially considering the lack of reaction from surrounding Hivs players. Also believe Boyds was only appealed as McCoist needs him available for this next game. Potential do or die game for him. We all know it wasnt a headbutt, but Ill be very surprised if his appeal wins.

Ibroxblue 122
If Boyd is charged under a similar rule to Mohsni I really believe he is not guilty i.e. he didn't "strike or attempt to strike" an opponent. It was a wee gesture of aggression.
