I don't think he's said it really, more so just common decency. I could imagine it wouldn't go down well if, in a press conference he just came out and said "Wilson and Kiernan cost us the game." I mean, going off of Kiernans interview he was pretty mad at himself following falkirk, imagine having the guy that got you to where you are saying to the press about how bad you did.
