Once, it has happened to me, where a member agreed to buy a ticket from me up at Arbroath. He didn't show up, but when I got home I had a PM from him saying he would get the money to me.

I sold the ticket on, so there was no need for him to pay.

IMO, that is what should have happened here between Willis And BEE.
