There must have been a mistake earlier in the build up to Motherwell's goal for the guy to get so much time to put a cross in, but for me the main thing that stood out was Kiernans inability to stay with his man and defend what should be a meat and drink situation for a defender. I don't see Hodson as being at fault for that goal, as he tried to get to Moult once he realised Kiernan had lost him. We shouldn't persevere with Kiernan any longer.
