Not from the smoke (the smoke rose to a height such that it went well over the top of the stadium), just from the fact that it's looked shite for years. Yeah, that pic makes it look way worse than it was. Could see it out my window. Was much further away than that suggests and the smoke rose straight up for a huge distance before drifting harmlessly above the stadium and everything else in the area. The wind was blowing in the wrong direction for my place to be smoke damaged, so might not be able to pull that claim off. Have filed a claim for emotional trauma instead.
