Good to hear  does the roof need professional cleaning?

Not from the smoke (the smoke rose to a height such that it went well over the top of the stadium), just from the fact that it's looked shite for years.

Yeah, that pic makes it look way worse than it was. Could see it out my window. Was much further away than that suggests and the smoke rose straight up for a huge distance before drifting harmlessly above the stadium and everything else in the area.

It does. It's good to hear from someone who witnessed it, that all is okay. It was a really bad fire, I hope no one got hurt.

Here we go. The BBC drone footage shows what I was talking about quite well...

The scrap yard is near enough 500m away from the stadium. There won't be any damage to Ibrox. It wisnae a nuke, Sweetheart.

Every punter in Govan will be claiming their insurance for  'smoke damage' of some sort, they never miss a chance.

The wind was blowing in the wrong direction for my place to be smoke damaged, so might not be able to pull that claim off. Have filed a claim for emotional trauma instead. I was so distressed that it almost caused me to start a candlelit vigil. Surely that is worth substantial compo?

Definitely PTSD M8, though some may claim you already had a pre-existing condition.
