He didn't specifically call KM a rat but said the rats should be chased out and sacked tomorrow (which is today).

The fact KM is not in the team for me is a great source of relief as we are given half a fighting chance now.

They were talking about Miller at the time. Although didn't actually say miller's a rat it was inferred. No other name was mentioned during the conversation
