Was wondering why this happened for months thinking they locked me out until I checked the forum last week and realised most people got it. They said they'll unlock it when the game releases which would suggest the full database won't be released. Don't understand the point in having us as reviewers if we can't even suggest anything. Yeah, it's a bit backwards. Basically means the reviewers can't offer any sort of input to the attributes for about 3 months.
