Was it Duncan Ferguson that he tried to get to sign a 10 year contract or similar. He paid minimum wages to all and made up for it with win bonuses. He was outspoken about agents as they just came on the go at the time and he hated them. He also withheld the win bonus after winning 7 nil as they should have scored more or something like that.
